After years of hiatus, the Fairy Tail anime will return. With the end of the main manga and anime series, the adventures of Natsu and his friends weren’t over at all, as their story continued in Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest, and now it will be brought to the screens. It had already been announced that there would be a TV series based on this manga, and now it is known that Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest anime will debut in July 2024.

So the premiere is just around the corner, and we already know a bit about this production. It will be helmed by Shinji Ishihira and Toshinori Watanabe, and created by J.C.STAFF, which is known for producing One-Punch Man, The Way of the Househusband and Shokugeki no Soma. Tetsuya Kakihara, Aya Hirano and Rie Kugimiya will return as the voices of Natsu, Lucy and Happy.

This news is sure to please Fairy Tail fans who have been waiting for an animated continuation of the popular series. It's also nice to see the return of the main cast, whose voices I'm sure everyone was accustomed to and which were perfectly matched to the three protagonists. Let's hope that more voice actors returns to the series will be announced in the future.

Below you can watch a preview of Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest anime.
