The Arizona Assisted Living Homes Association At Work for You

The Arizona Assisted Living Homes Association At Work for You

AALHA wants to bring you residents!

AAHLA is pleased and excited to announce that we now have our own Community Liaison. Diane Galarza, owner of Lifeways, LLC (a senior resources and placement agency), will be representing AALHA at local events and conferences, as well as with case managers and social workers around the Valley. She will be placing residents exclusively with AALHA home members.

Her placement fee to AALHA care homes will be only 50%, instead of the 100% (and more) that care home owners have been paying in the past.

If you are a member of AALHA, you will be contacted by Diane or one of her associates over the coming weeks. If you are not yet a member of AALHA, this benefit is a definite incentive to join our Association.

This new service will not affect relationships you may have with other placement agencies. Lifeways is just one more benefit of your AALHA membership.

AALHA Member Testimonials

AALHA has been receiving some very positive feedback from our members, that the Board of Directors want to share. This section will remain as a permanent piece of our News page and will be amended as additional comments are received.

Gaile Dixon, of Dream Catcher Assisted Living Homes, was in need of a caregiver, so we sent an email call for help to all members. The following is Gaile's comment:

Wow! What a network!  Thank all of you for the help!  Y'all are better than Craigslist, more reliable and cheaper!  To those who tell me Assisted Living Homes do not help each other out, I say they have never encountered AALHA.  Over the past year, I have been more than impressed with the progress AALHA has made, and I am convinced that AALHA will be a driving force in the future of Assisted Living Homes in Arizona.  I am proud to be a member of AALHA.
Thank you again.
Gaile Dixon, Dream Catcher Assisted Living Homes

Another happy member:

AALHA is a well organized network. It is wonderful to note the communication between the members and the way they answer other members' requests. It is wonderful to be a member of AALHA  and I thank you all.
Marie Pierre, Bella Via Restoration
